With over thirteen years of experience in ABA operations, Brandi is a seasoned leader dedicated to driving strategic growth and expanding access to essential medical services for children. As Vice President of Operations at Autism F.I.R.S.T., she champions a culture of positivity, inclusivity, and staff engagement which are key elements in strengthening retention, morale, and overall operational excellence.

Throughout her career, Brandi has successfully led the growth of multiple regions, overseeing diverse operational functions such as intake, credentialing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and community outreach. Her efforts have played a pivotal role in launching new clinic locations and scaling services, all while maintaining a strong focus on performance metrics and budget management.

She has also directed large-scale facility initiatives, including new buildouts, relocations, and capital improvements, executing each within timeline and budget expectations. Her leadership in developing departmental infrastructure, including comprehensive playbooks and standard operating procedures, has created lasting frameworks for efficiency and scalability.
